May Tootist privately record booking steps and errors (for example "time chosen" or "no times available") to improve how booking works? Steps are stored against a random ID that lasts only for this browser session. It is pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous: if you submit a request, our server links that ID to your request internally so it can confirm the request was saved. We never record patient details, treatments, searches or notes in these steps, and nothing is sent to Google or any advertising service. It is optional and has no effect on your booking. This choice is separate from Google Ads measurement above.
If you choose "No thanks" later, recording stops in this browser straight away and we ask our server to stop recording this journey and remove that internal link. Steps already recorded while you had allowed it are included in reports for up to 30 days. If your device is offline at that moment, the server may not get the request.
