Steps are stored against a random ID that lasts only for this browser session. It is pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous: if you submit a request, our server links that ID to your request internally so it can confirm the request was saved. We never record patient details, treatments, searches or notes in these steps, and nothing is sent to Google or any advertising service. It is optional and has no effect on your booking.
